Dwayne K. Gaddis
Dwayne K. Gaddis has served in pastoral ministry for over thirty years. Called to ministry at the age of 17, he was assigned his first congregation shortly after preaching his initial sermon, marking the beginning of a lifelong commitment to spiritual leadership and community transformation.
Throughout his ministry, he has served congregations in Jacksonville, Tampa, and Miami, leading initiatives that impacted lives spiritually, educationally, and economically.
His leadership efforts include:
- Development of affordable housing initiatives
- Addressing the HIV/AIDS crisis through outreach and educational programs
- Bridging the digital divide by establishing computer labs in underserved communities
- Partnership in launching The Magic Johnson Inventor Center in Miami, in collaboration with NBA legend Magic Johnson and Greater Bethel African Methodist Episcopal Church
